Sorry Kev - I am getting slightly fitter so starting to handle these beatings a bit more - I worked on trying to keep a consistent resistance through the one minute intervals while holding cadence and power - so they were definitely challenging and my power was dropping along with cadence in some of them.  I'll do better next time!! Enjoyed the 10min TH at the end and just dialed it in and held on to finish the ride. Probably looks like that was harder that the 1min intervals from the data and it probably was due to the duration but starting to enjoy these longer type intervals! Although looking at Mike's beating next week I am not sure about that!
