These Dry Training Swim Cords with Paddles are designed to improve you're all swim strokes with swim specific endurance and strength exercises and the development of key movement patterns in your freestyle.

Training with these paddles improves inter-muscle times and trains you to keep your hands in a flat, relaxed position.

The Paddles are available in 2 resistance levels:

Resistance Yellow    - A lighter resistance perfect for novice/intermediate recreational swimmers that might not have a lot of strength in the arms or are new swimmers but are keen to develop strength through dryland exercises.

Resistance Blue   - A medium level of resistance perfect for intermediate and advance swimmers that have a good level of strength in their arms.

DON’T THINK that bigger is better - as a swimmer I’ve found the yellow bands to be just as useful because I was able to drive the exercise for longer while holding the form. The stronger resistance I would tire quicker and therefore have to stop earlier as I couldn’t hold the form!
