Optimal Weekly Training Schedule
Please complete this form to help your coach understand your optimal training schedule for a given period of time or a long term change. If it is just a small change then follow the procedure below.
Training Peaks Premium Users - Small changes
You can either complete this form below or
- Add a session by going to the date on TP and clicking the '+' button
- Choose 'OTHER'
- Place key note in title eg. In Sydney for work
- Place comments in eg. Gym access as well as spin bike and running - no swimming (45-60min only), one session next two days and no training on last day due to travel times
- Copy and Paste this session into the other days that it applies to.
Training Peaks - Standard Users - Small Changes
Create an EVENT by clicking on
- -> HOME
- -> EVENTS then click on the '+'
- -> Fill in the Date, Title, Description
- -> Title eg. "Away this weekend",
- -> Description " run only - 2 hours available both days"
