Boost My Swim offer a range of services in the swimming area. Our main focus at the pool is around developing an individuals technique & swimming efficiency and in the open water developing key open water skills and delivering sessions to prepare for triathlon or open water events. We have worked with all levels form learn to swim to professional athletes including Cameron Brown, Jamie Whyte, James Bowstead, Melanie Burke, Hannah Lawrence and more. 

SWIM LESSONS

These sessions are perfect for adult's learning to swim as well as all triathletes or swimmers looking for stroke efficiency to get more out of their swimming.

SWIM STROKE ANALYSIS

This sessions will help you gain the greatest insight to your swimming and set up your first stage to improving it.

Open Water Swim Coaching

Put into practice your open water skills so that come race day you are prepared for everything. This is one of the key sessions I used to put in my diary as a professional triathlete and a key session I've used for the athletes that I've worked with in preparation for their events. 

OPEN WATER SWIM SKills

1:1 or small group training sessions to help you gain skills & confidence in the open water.

Swim Squad

Friday Morning 6:00 - 7:00am at 151 Corporate Health Club, Auckland City. Limited spaces available .
