XMAS/ NEW YEAR SCHEDULE
Hi Team - can you please outline your Xmas and New Year schedule plans - it is preferred that you put this directly into Training Peaks (by following these instructions) - but you can complete this fill in form below as a quick way to give me the outline and then you can then update into Training Peaks later.
If you are doing NZ Ironman in the New Year this is a great opportunity to push some volume up and this is often the general plan I would take if you give me all the clear :-). When I provide this plan there may be longer rides during the mid-week to compensate for any schedule engagements you have over this time.
If you are doing IMNZ as well as Tauranga Half, I admit you may be a bit fatigued going into Tauranga Half with this approach - but it has worked well for the main event of IMNZ from past experiences.
